NEXT BOARD MEETING:
HOA Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month. All meetings are held in the Freedom Room at Eagle City Hall and begin at 6:00 pm. To speak before the board for a duration of up to 3 minutes, please register with Idaho Association Management Services (contact: Cheramy Kruger) by 5:00 pm on the preceding Friday of each meeting.
ARC APPLICATIONS:
Please be advised that ARC applications can take up to 30 days to approve. Plan projects accordingly and don't assume that a rush approval can be granted.

Lexington Hills is one of the most desirable, established subdivisions in the City of Eagle. Development began in 1992 and continued until 2004. Lexington Hills contains 634 homes on 330 acres with over 44 acres of common areas that include green, open areas, mature trees, and three miles of walking paths. Common area amenities also include a basketball court, picnic areas, and many waterfalls and ponds stocked with fish.
